CAA Board Secretary

Austin Baker was raised in Crescent Springs, Kentucky, where he graduated with honors from Dixie Heights High School. He attends Northern Kentucky University for Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, with a Minor in Marketing. Austin currently lives in Northern Kentucky and enjoys mountain biking, backpacking, cooking, and playing classical piano.  Austin currently serves as Visual Director for West Clermont High School from Cincinnati, OH.  He also provides freelance leadership training for various band programs throughout the U.S. Austin is a nationally accredited Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise, and he manages and privately trains clients for his own company, Infinite Balance Fitness Training.

Austin was a member of The Cavaliers for 5 years.  Starting in 2012 as Rookie of the Year, he played trumpet for 3 years, where he was selected as Horn Sergeant for the corps in 2014.  He then served as the Drum Major from 2015-2016 and was honored with the 2016 Jim Jones Leadership award for Best Drum Major at DCI Finals, as well as 2016 Cavalier of the Year.
